Sara Putt

Sara Putt established Sara Putt Associates in 1989 and has been working as Managing Director and Agent here ever since. As well as the day job Sara has also produced several award winning short films including Tattoo which was BAFTA nominated in 2002.

Sara is a BAFTA Trustee, sits on the main BAFTA Board, the TV Committee and is chair of the Learning and New Talent Committee.

Kate Watson
Kate Watson Kate started her career in TV with Humphrey Barclay Prods, then took a left turn and went into charity, working as a Charity Fundraiser for the endangered species charity Tusk Force. Pursuing her passion for Film & TV this led her to Sara Putt Assocs, 17 years ago, where she works alongside Sara in all aspects of running the agency, as well as representing a large number of clients across all departments in both film & drama.
Harriet Donington
Harriet Donington has worked for Sara Putt Associates since 2010 and helped establish the VFX department. Harriet began her visual effects career at Cinesite in 1996 where she quickly worked her way up through the ranks to Bidding Producer. Over the years Harriet has worked 'client side' for studios such as Warner Brothers and as a Business Development Producer / VFX Producer for boutique facilities. This combined experience provides a perfect framework for her to support and develop new and established talent.
Laurily Adams
Laurily Adams has worked for Sara Putt Associates since November 2009 and now manages the Diary Service and Trainee scheme.

She graduated from the University of Brighton in 2008, and soon after became a junior booker at the London model agency 'Ugly'. In addition to working at 'Ugly', Laurily worked part-time for a touring theatre company as an assistant marketing officer.

A keen rower, Laurily is the Vice Captain at her local rowing club.
Nicola Lees
Nicola Lees has worked in television in London and NYC for more than fifteen years. She produced a high-profile mentoring scheme for Women in Film and TV UK for three years before joining Sara Putt Associates where she runs the new trainee development scheme, organizes networking events and takes the Sara Putt Associates brand into colleges and universities.
Brenda Coxon
Brenda Coxon joined the Sara Putt team in 2012, after working for many years on productions such as; The Harry Potter's, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, V for Vendetta and The Borrowers through companies including Cinesite and Magic Camera.

With her background in Production Accounting, Brenda now heads up the Accounts Department and is responsible for all the client invoices and payments.
Brenda Coxon
Kelly Spearmanis the newest addition of the Sara Putt Team. She is Head of Production Research and PA to Sara Putt. She also ensures the smooth day to day running of the office.  Kelly started her career a runner, working on productions such as; James Bond, Die Another Day at Pinewood, and Kenneth Branagh’s Shackleton at Shepperton.  Kelly then spent a number of years working for ARRI as part of their admin team, subsequently gaining experience within the field of ARRI Lighting kit.  From there she moved to another camera company called Visual Impact where she worked in sales.  We’re delighted to welcome Kelly to the team!
